Can You Change Your Posture?


Posture is largely controlled by subconscious mechanisms, this means that thinking about posture or using reminder devices like buzzers or worse, braces and harnesses will do nothing to correct your posture long term.


So what’s the best way to improve posture? Movements and exercises designed to change your subconscious motor programs in order to have long-lasting changes that you don’t have to think about to maintain.
