Many tension and cervicogenic headaches are closely linked to reduced joint motion in the neck. When that motion improves through precise, hands-on adjusting, headache frequency and intensity often improve along with it. For patients whose headaches are connected to jaw tension or TMJ dysfunction, we also address the jaw directly rather than treating the neck alone.
Every treatment plan is built around how you respond, not a fixed protocol. We don't rely on X-rays unless there's a traumatic injury or a red flag in your history that calls for one, and we're upfront if your case would be better served by a different type of provider.
